Order Signed Copy

Signed paperback books are $20, which covers the cost of the book and postage via USPS anywhere in the US. Payment is made via Venmo. To order a signed copy, please complete this form. 

Please note that if you do not have Venmo, download the App or visit Venmo.com to sign up. If you don't want to set up your own Venmo account, please ask your friends and family to Venmo your payment.

Once your form is received, you will receive an email within approximately 48 hours with the Venmo ID for submitting your payment. Please put your name in the Venmo comment field. Please note that it can take 7-14 days to order books and get them out to you.
